This year marks the 76th anniversary of the mass displacement of Palestinians, known as “the Nakba” or “the Catastrophe”.

Join Free Palestine Charleston and Flowers for Palestine for a Paper Flower Art Build in reverence of the Palestinian lives lost. The art workshop will include demonstrations of various methods to create blossoms from paper that will be used in an upcoming exhibition honoring the Palestinian liberation struggle. The names of Palestinian martyrs will be incorporated in the installation. No experience required. All materials will be provided. This is a family-friendly event.
